Sit at the sushi bar and let Bruce, Dave, and Alex expand your horizons! Don't even order off the menu, just ask them to get creative, tell them what you're in the mood for (spicy,sweet,sour,hot ect.) and they'll make you one of their own creations. I have to admit i was more than a little leary of the idea of "raw fish" at first. I started with a non-menu item called "Red Bull" (steak and no fish roll). Now, six months later every one from my work goes there and i'm eating everything from Eel to Octopus! Is short, DELICIOUS!!! I have yet to eat something there that i didn't like!
